How to suggest an edit (GitHub)

You do not need to be a developer

This list lives in a public GitHub repository. Anyone with a free GitHub account can propose a change. Maintainers review it, then it shows up here (and can be synced back to the Telegram pin).

Easiest — open an issue
  1. Click Open a GitHub issue (sign in if asked).
  2. Fill the short form: what section, what changed, and the old/new URL if you have it.
  3. Submit. You can close the tab — a maintainer will review and update the list.

Direct edit — pull request
  1. Open the resource data file on GitHub.
  2. Click the pencil icon (Edit this file). GitHub may ask you to fork the repo — that is normal; accept it.
  3. Change only what you need (a link, title, or note). Keep the same structure as neighboring items.
  4. Scroll down, write a short commit message (e.g. “Fix broken HNSDoH link”), choose Create a new branch for this commit and start a pull request, then propose the change.
  5. Submit the pull request. Maintainers merge good updates; you will get email when they comment or merge.

Tip: Prefer an issue for “is this project safe / should it be listed?” Prefer a pull request for a clear broken link or typo. Prefer Telegram if you want a quick public discussion first.

Keep this site as the source of truth, then refresh the pinned message. Compact plain text stays under Telegram’s 4096 character limit. Each item is Title (https://…) so Telegram auto-makes URLs clickable.

If everything looks underlined / wrong: you pasted on top of the old formatted pin. Telegram keeps the old bold/underline entities. Follow the steps below exactly (empty the box first).

  1. Click Copy for Telegram below.
  2. Open the pin in Telegram Desktop → Edit message.
  3. Select all (⌘A / Ctrl+A) → Delete so the field is empty. Do not paste while old text is still selected.
  4. Optional but recommended: paste once into Notes/Notepad, copy again (strips any leftover rich text).
  5. Click in the empty Telegram field → Paste (⌘V) → Save. Re-pin if the group dropped the pin.

This will look a bit different from the original pin: the original used hidden hyperlinks on the titles only. Plain paste shows the full URL (that is required without a bot). Links still work.
