Create a website
One of the most straightforward use cases of Handshake names is to set up a website on them. Check out the Create Handshake websites page for tutorials.

Set DNS records (Bob Wallet)
Manage on-chain and off-chain DNS records from Bob Wallet or the LearnHNS Chrome extension. See how to add DNS records for record types and formats.
Redirect your name
Point your Handshake TLD or subdomain at another URL by setting ALIAS or CNAME records in Bob Wallet. Include the full http:// or https:// prefix in redirect targets.
Sell your name
List names for sale on ShakeDex:

Transfer or gift your name
Transfer names on-chain from Bob Wallet by sending TRANSFER and FINALIZE transactions (spaced 288 blocks apart). See Transferring HNS & Names.
Sell subdomains
- HNS.ID — sell decentralized subdomains on your Handshake TLD using the Optimism L2 network. Second-level domains are minted as NFTs.
Use your name as your identity
